Ceriello Vodka Sauce
Ceriello Vodka Sauce is a combination of slightly chunky tomatoes, fresh shitake mushrooms, heavy cream and butter, with the flavoring of vodka.
Suggestions: Pink in color and very adaptable, our vodka sauce is best when served over fresh cut pasta. By adding sautéed, sliced or finely chipped prosciutto (or shrimp), the sauce can help create main courses which bring raves to the cook!
Ingredients: Tomatoes, tomato puree, ultra pasteurized heavy cream (heavy cream, algin, monoglyceride, sodium pyrophosphate), fresh mushrooms, fresh celery, water, fresh onions, butter, fresh garlic, olive oil, fresh basil, fresh parsley, vodka, salt, black pepper, and red pepper.
