If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Services Department at 877-61-FOODS (877-613-6637) for product credit or replacement assistance. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item with receipt within 14 days of original purchase. Shipping Information
Ceriello Fine Foods Corporate Headquarters are located in Williston Park, New York and we ship from our Distribution Center in nearby Monroe, Connecticut via United Parcel Service. Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked online. All in-stock orders should be received within 7-10 business days.
Expedited Delivery: Expedited delivery options are available Monday-Friday for orders to the 48 contiguous states only. Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days. Two Business Days/additional 20.00 and Next Business Day/additional $30.00. Expedited orders must be received by 12pm ET and are guaranteed for in-stock items only. Sorry, not all items are available for expedited delivery.
Delivery Surcharges: Certain items are oversized, heavy or require special packaging (perishables) and are more costly to ship. These items have a delivery surcharge noted in the parentheses after the price of the item. Please note this delivery surcharge is in addition to our standard delivery charges on the order form.
Additional Information: All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico only ship UPS 2nd Day Air ($20 surcharge applies.) At this time we are unable to ship to Post Office boxes.
