Mussini Balsama Bianco - White Balsama - M180
This "Series 4" (Aged 4 Years) white balsamic vinegar is obtained from organically grown grapes controlled by AIAB (Italian Association for Organic Farming). Bright and intense yellow colour, marked and pervading fragrance, sweet and sour taste and outstanding balsamic features.
Suggestions: Ideal for dressing salads and fresh vegetables in general, both raw and cooked ones, on white meat, fish, cheese (mozzarella) and so on. Its most remarkable feature is that of leaving the colour of dishes unchanged, besides conferring them sweet and sour fragrances and tastes.
Ingredients: white wine vinegar, must of white grapes (aceto bianco di vino, mosto di uve bianche)
