The Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Mosto Classico" is the first cold press from a selection of Olives cold pressed in the first months of the harvest.
"Mosto Classico" is "mosto" (unfiltered): bottled just as it comes from the mill, after a period of natural decantation.
Giuseppe Calvi Mosto Classico Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes in a very elegant bottle, wrapped in green aluminium foil that protects this oil from the action of the light.
Serving Suggestions: It is always sweet, but fresh and fruity, and it is therefore an excellent choice for dressing both vegetables, salads, and also more delicate dishes.
