CERIELLO SPAGHETTI SAUCE
A home style sauce, delicately seasoned with herbs then strained to create a smooth texture. This is the most basic of all of our sauces, with a fresh & clean tomato flavor. It’s perfect for lasagna, baked ziti, eggplant parmiggiana, or ladled over spaghetti or spaghettini for a delicious Italian meal.
CERIELLO MARINARA SAUCE
This sauce begins with fresh Italian plum tomatoes, crushed by hand and then seasoned with herbs including fresh parsley & basil, and then simmered slowly to blend the flavors. It’s delicious when served with stuffed pastas like ravioli, manicotti & stuffed shells.
CERIELLO BASIL SAUCE
The perfect blend of chunky & strained tomatoes, this is a moderately thick sauce infused with the fragrant flavor of fresh basil. Serve it with any style of pasta, fresh or dried, or with fish, veal, or pork.
CERIELLO VODKA SAUCE
Slightly chunky tomatoes mixed with fresh shitake mushrooms, heavy cream, butter, and the flavor of vodka make this pink sauce one of our most popular. Adaptable in all of your recipes, try adding sautéed finely chopped prosciutto or whole shrimp to create a simple, yet magnificent main course.
CERIELLO FRA DIAVOLO SAUCE
Chunks of San Marzano tomatoes simmered with red hot peppers and spices for our own spicy sauce. It’s perfect with fried calamari, shrimp, or vegetables as a dipping sauce. It is easily “toned down” when mixed with our Marinara sauce for a milder, but still spicy sauce.
CERIELLO PUTTANESCA SAUCE
Our authentic recipe combines chunky plum tomato with roasted garlic, capers, Gaeta olives & anchovies in a moderately thick sauce with a delicious, pungent flavor. Excellent over pasta, fish, fried or grilled chicken, veal, or pork.
CERIELLO MUSHROOM SAUCE
We combine slightly chunky tomatoes, fresh mushrooms, herbs and the flavor of red wine in this slowly simmered sauce. The delicate mushroom flavor of this sauce makes it great on any cut of pasta and an excellent sauce for your roasted or grilled meat or fowl.
CERIELLO CLAM SAUCE
Succulent FRESH clams subtly blended with garlic, clam juice, chopped tomato, basil & a perfect blend of spices make this garlicky clam sauce a flavorful accompaniment to linguine or any fresh pasta.

Sopressata is a classic Salami with well-textured meat, a salty bite, and a beautiful aroma. Available in Two Flavors: Hot (with Red Pepper) and Sweet (Salt & Pepper Only) One package is 10-12oz.
Dry Sausage is a New York favorite. Finer in texture than a classic Sopressata, thinner and with a more delicate flavor. Available in Two Flavors: Hot (with Red Pepper) and Sweet (Salt & Pepper Only). One package is 8-10oz.
Finocchiona Salami has a very light texture and a sweet hint of fennel seed. Perfect for cheese courses, particularly those that feature soft, fresh cheeses. One package is approx 8oz.
Pancetta is produced from fresh, hand-selected, trimmed pork bellies that are cured and seasoned with freshly cracked black pepper producing a marbled, tender finished product. Sold by the slice. One slice is approximately 2in thick and about 1lb in weight.
Coppa is distinctly Italian in style; never perfectly round and maintains the character of the pork shoulder in shape. Coppa’s dry-aging produces a sweetness that makes it unique in the marketplace.
