The Ceriello USDA Prime NY Strip Steaks are available in 12 oz. and 18 oz. cuts. The strip steak is the area below the backbone which is considered to be among the most tender cuts of beef. Our steaks are boneless, juicy and full of flavor! The steaks were aged for about 21-28 days.
All of our steaks are high in protein, iron and zinc!

Fresh Meat orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday to guarantee that boxes will not be in transit over weekends. Orders are shipped as early as next day, but you should generally allow 2-3 days for meat to be vacuum-sealed, chilled, and properly packaged before shipping.
All Fresh Meat orders are shipped by guaranteed delivery services--Overnight or Second Day Air. If you do not choose an Overnight or 2nd Day service with your order, you may be responsible for cost difference.
