Ceriello's Poterhouse Steak packages are available in 18 oz. and 36 oz. cuts. These steaks are packed with satisfying flavor. This cut is a combination of the tenderloin and strip, one of the more popular cuts of beef. It is best to prepare these steaks on the grill, broiler or in the oven.

Fresh Meat orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday to guarantee that boxes will not be in transit over weekends.Orders are shipped as early as next day, but you should generally allow 2-3 days for meat to be vacuum-sealed, chilled, and properly packaged before shipping.
All Fresh Meat orders are shipped by guaranteed delivery services--Overnight or Second Day Air. If you do not choose an Overnight or 2nd Day service with your order, you may be responsible for cost difference.
