Ceriello's Filet Mignon is available in 12 oz. cut or you can get the entire steak (weighing about 6-7lbs) trimmed and tied or just trimmed. Filet Mignon's texture is tender, lean and succulent and sold boneless. The USDA Prime Filet Mignon are aged for about 21-28 days.
