Ingredients
- 1 (1.75 oz) tin caviar
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 (4 oz) ball fresh burrata, drained
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 baguette, sliced 1/4-inch and toasted (or 1 parbaked pizza crust cut into wedges)
- 2 jars Pizza Sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Pour both jars of Pizza Sauce into a shallow ovenproof baking dish.
- Bake about 10 minutes, until sauce begins to bubble.
- Place drained burrata in the center of the hot sauce.
- Make a small hole in the center of the burrata and fill with caviar.
- Drizzle burrata/caviar/sauce with extra virgin olive oil; season with black pepper.
- Serve warm with toasted baguette slices or pizza crust wedges.
