Ingredients

  • 1 jar (12.3 oz) Pizza Sauce
  • 1 (12-inch) parbaked pizza crust
  • 1 (8 oz) container stracciatella cheese
  • Truffle oil (optional)
  • 3–4 basil leaves, torn
  • 1 (1.75 oz) tin Black Crown Sterlet caviar

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Spread about 1 cup of Pizza Sauce over the crust.
  • Bake about 8 minutes, until sauce bubbles and crust is crispy.
  • Dollop stracciatella over pizza, leaving some sauce exposed.
  • Sprinkle basil over top.
  • Garnish stracciatella mounds with caviar; drizzle truffle oil if desired.
  • Slice into 8 pieces and serve.
