Ingredients
- 1 jar (12.3 oz) Pizza Sauce
- 1 (12-inch) parbaked pizza crust
- 1 (8 oz) container stracciatella cheese
- Truffle oil (optional)
- 3–4 basil leaves, torn
- 1 (1.75 oz) tin Black Crown Sterlet caviar
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Spread about 1 cup of Pizza Sauce over the crust.
- Bake about 8 minutes, until sauce bubbles and crust is crispy.
- Dollop stracciatella over pizza, leaving some sauce exposed.
- Sprinkle basil over top.
- Garnish stracciatella mounds with caviar; drizzle truffle oil if desired.
- Slice into 8 pieces and serve.
