Ingredients
- 15 oz jar of Ceriello Homemade Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In a large saucepan, add the Ceriello Homemade Spaghetti Sauce, water and dried basil. Stir together and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Remove the soup from the heat and stir through most of the heavy cream, reserving a little to finish the bowls when serving.
- If the soup feels too thick for your liking, add a splash of water and mix through.
- Divide the soup between two bowls and finish with a swirl or dollop of cream on top.
