Ceriello branded grilling planks, milled in the USA from sustainably harvested Western Red Cedar. Two 5×11″ planks per pack.
We put our name on these because of how well they treat the things we sell. Cook directly on the wood and the plank's oils release slowly, giving a mild, sweet smoke that flatters delicate proteins rather than bullying them. Food stays moist, nothing sticks to the grates, and cleanup is close to nothing.
Built for salmon and seafood first, but we reach for them just as often with chicken cutlets, our fresh sausage, pork chops, and vegetables. Works on the grill or in the oven.
How to use: soak the plank in water for at least an hour. Set it on a preheated grill and let it start to smoke. Lay your food on the plank, close the lid, and cook through.
Two planks per pack. Each plank measures 5″ × 11″ × 3/8″. Western Red Cedar. Made in the USA.

Do I have to soak the plank first?
Yes. Soak for at least an hour, fully submerged. A dry plank will char and burn instead of smoldering, and you lose the smoke.
Can I use a plank more than once?
Sometimes. If the plank comes off the grill only lightly charred, scrub it clean, dry it, and use it again. Once it is cracked, deeply blackened, or brittle, retire it — a spent plank gives bitter smoke.
Can I use these in the oven?
Yes. Soak as usual and set the plank on a sheet pan. Keep the oven at or below 400°F and stay in the kitchen while it cooks.
What should I cook on them?
Salmon is the classic. Beyond that: shrimp and scallops, chicken cutlets, our fresh sausage, pork chops, thick vegetable slices, even a round of soft cheese.
What size are they?
Each plank is 5″ × 11″ × 3/8″, and there are two in every pack.
Is there a fire risk?
Keep a spray bottle of water nearby and do not leave the grill unattended. If the plank flares up, mist the flame and close the lid.
