Cow's milk mozzarella, naturally smoked over hardwood and wrapped by hand. It's firmer than fresh mozzarella, with a smokiness that really comes through once it melts. We use it in paninis, baked ziti and eggplant parm with our Homemade Marinara.

The option for Home Delivery or Ground is selected by FedEx and based on the classification of your delivery address as Commercial or Residential.
