Licini Brothers Cotechino (Uncooked Salomini)

Pack Size
Regular price $ 16.00 USD

Locally made, 100% Italian in Flavor

This uncooked Italian pork sausage is traditionally served with lentils on New Year's Day, but ours is too special to be eaten only once a year! This cotechino has a fine texture even after boiling, and none of the acrid taste that some of the pre-cooked versions have. If you've never tried cotechino on the grill, you'll be amazed at how this one tastes cooked over an open flame.

The salami is made at Licini Brothers in Union City, NJ. It's shipped from frozen in airtight cooler bags via Two day Overnight Delivery. (Two-day Delivery is available in Cooler Weather.) Sausages are shipped Monday to Wednesday Only to insure safe delivery. Meat is vacuumed packed!

All sausages are gluten-free.

THIS ITEM SHIPS ONLY BY GUARANTEED OVERNIGHT SERVICES.

FAQs

Shipping for Fresh Meat is Monday to Wednesday ONLY. This is to prevent the unlikely lingering of your package at a FedEx warehouse over the weekend

Fresh Meat is shipped by your choice of 2-Day Air for $35, Overnight or Priority Overnight, depending on your selection at checkout.

We currently ship exclusively with FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Home Delivery. The option for Home Delivery or Ground is selected by FedEx and based on the classification of your delivery address as Commercial or Residential. Licini Cotechino - Unexpectedly small. Disappointing

Last year we were very pleased with our order with you. This year we bit the bullet and ordered 5. Shipping was something like $75 to Florida. Crazy fee but we did it. The size of each cotechino was ridiculously small. I would have paid more for a larger link if that was the issue. These were ridiculous.
