Fresh Meat is shipped by your choice of 2-Day Air for $35, Overnight or Priority Overnight, depending on your selection at checkout.

We currently ship exclusively with FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Home Delivery. The option for Home Delivery or Ground is selected by FedEx and based on the classification of your delivery address as Commercial or Residential. Ceriello Fine Foods has no control over this determination. Shipping to Commercial addresses is generally cheaper.

Every morning somebody in the back is working the curd by hand while it is still hot, stretching it and tying it off into knots. The nodini go into the case in salted water and are usually gone before noon.

It is the first thing a lot of our customers ever learned to love here, and the thing they come back for on a Saturday. This one is for the knot — and for the people who know to ask whether a fresh batch is coming.

Printed front and back on a unisex staple tee in navy. Sizes XS–5XL.

Fabric & fit: 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. Fabric weight 4.2 oz./yd.² (142 g/m²). Pre-shrunk, 30 singles. Side-seamed construction, shoulder-to-shoulder taping, tear-away label. Unisex sizing with a classic, slightly relaxed fit. Blank sourced from Nicaragua, Mexico, Honduras, or the US.

Care: Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on the print. Do not dry clean.
