flavor used for melting, slicing, and shredding. Scamorza is stretched by hand, formed
in balls, brined, netted, aged and packaged.

Ships by Overnight Only. The product is packed in a pouch from a formed film with a top film sealing it up. The film is food-grade with moisture and oxygen barrier.
