Servings

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 350g of beef meatballs
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 15 oz jar of Ceriello Homemade Marinara Sauce
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 16 oz spaghetti
  • 4 tsp parmesan, finely grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Start by browning the meatballs in a large frying pan with a dash of olive oil, around 10 minutes. The meatballs don’t need to be fully cooked through at this stage, as they will finish cooking in the sauce.
  • Pour in the Ceriello Homemade Marinara Sauce and dried parsley. Simmer gently for around 5 minutes to cook the meatballs fully.
  • Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
  • Toss the cooked spaghetti with the meatball sauce. Divide between four plates and finish with parmesan.
