Ingredients
- 350g of beef meatballs
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 15 oz jar of Ceriello Homemade Marinara Sauce
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 16 oz spaghetti
- 4 tsp parmesan, finely grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Start by browning the meatballs in a large frying pan with a dash of olive oil, around 10 minutes. The meatballs don’t need to be fully cooked through at this stage, as they will finish cooking in the sauce.
- Pour in the Ceriello Homemade Marinara Sauce and dried parsley. Simmer gently for around 5 minutes to cook the meatballs fully.
- Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti with the meatball sauce. Divide between four plates and finish with parmesan.
