Ingredients
- 18 oz of potato gnocchi
- 15 oz jar of Ceriello Homemade Pizza Sauce
- 2 tbsp of parmesan, finely grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil.
- Add the gnocchi and simmer for 2–3 minutes, until they rise to the surface.
- Drain the gnocchi and return them to the saucepan. Add the Ceriello Homemade Pizza Sauce and toss over low heat for 1 minute to warm through.
- Divide between four bowls and sprinkle with parmesan to serve.
