Ingredients
- 16 oz of Ceriello Fresh Hot Sausage
- 2 large red peppers, chopped
- 15 oz jar of Ceriello Homemade Marinara Sauce
- 16 oz tin of cooked butter beans, drained
- 1 tbsp of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- To start, remove the skins from the sausages and break the meat into 1-inch pieces.
- In a medium-sized saucepan, add the sausage pieces and chopped peppers. Cook over a medium–high heat, frying together until the sausage starts to crisp and the peppers brighten, around 10 minutes.
- Pour in the Ceriello Homemade Marinara Sauce, butter beans and smoked paprika.
- Bring to a gentle bubble and cook for a further 8–10 minutes, allowing the flavours to come together.
- Serve the smoky stew over rice.
