Smoky Sausage & Butter Bean Stew in Marinara

Method

  • To start, remove the skins from the sausages and break the meat into 1-inch pieces.
  • In a medium-sized saucepan, add the sausage pieces and chopped peppers. Cook over a medium–high heat, frying together until the sausage starts to crisp and the peppers brighten, around 10 minutes.
  • Pour in the Ceriello Homemade Marinara Sauce, butter beans and smoked paprika.
  • Bring to a gentle bubble and cook for a further 8–10 minutes, allowing the flavours to come together.
  • Serve the smoky stew over rice.
