Ingredients
- 3-1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1 package (12 oz) jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 carton (15 oz) ricotta cheese
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Optional: 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine mozzarella, ricotta, spinach, basil, oregano, salt, pepper (and red pepper flakes if using).
- Stuff mixture into shells and arrange in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.
- Pour spaghetti sauce over shells. Cover and bake until heated through, 30–45 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan just before serving if desired.
