Scamorza is a hand-stretched pasta filata cheese, brined and aged until it's drier than mozzarella, so it melts without going watery. The flavor is mild, buttery and a little sweet. Sear thick slices in a hot pan until golden, or melt it over pizza made with our Homemade Pizza Sauce.

The option for Home Delivery or Ground is selected by FedEx and based on the classification of your delivery address as Commercial or Residential.
