Ingredients
- 16 oz linguine
- 10 oz of Lincini Sausage, sliced into 1 inch thin discs
- 15 oz jar of Ceriello Homemade Clam Sauce
- Parmesan to garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook the linguine according to the packet instructions. Drain and return to the saucepan to keep warm.
- Sauté the sliced Lincini Sausage in a frying pan until it releases its flavorful fat. Add the Ceriello Homemade Clam Sauce and stir to combine.
- Toss the linguine with the chorizo and sauce until evenly coated. Divide between four bowls and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
