Locally made, 100% Italian in Flavor

Fresh sausage are made in our Flagship store in Long Island, every day. Our sausage ships in airtight cooler boxes via Two day Overnight Delivery. (Two-day Delivery is available in Cooler Weather.) Fresh meat is shipped Monday to Wednesday Only to insure safe delivery. Meat is vacuumed packed!

All sausages are gluten-free while made from natural and simple ingredients including salt and pepper!

 

Fresh Sausage Flavors

Sweet: Salt and Pepper are the only things that go into this fresh sausage. Sold by the link. 4 links per pound. Also available as a "ring", approx 1.25 lb.

Hot: Just like our sweet sausage, with a touch of Red Pepper Flakes. Sold by the link. 4 links per pound.

Fennel: Just like our sweet sausage, with Whole Fennel seeds for a distinctly Italian Flavor. Sold by the link. 4 links per pound.

Romano Cheese and Parsley: This is the classic "Italian" flavored sausage. Sold by the link. 4 links per pound. Also available as a "ring", approx 1.25 lb.

Fresh Mozzarella: Creamy Melted Mozzarella and the unique flavor of the hot sausage makes this perfect for sandwiches. Sold by the link. 4 links per pound.

Tomato, Basil and Garlic: A lighter, summery flavor. Great for the Grill. Sold by the link. 4 links per pound.

Chicken: Chicken Breast with Roasted Peppers and Artichoke Hearts. This lower fat alternative has great flavor with calories. Sold by the link. 4 links per pound. Also available as a "ring," approx 1.25 lb.

FAQs

We generally ship Monday, Wednesday & Friday. If you are in the NY Tri-State Area, New England, or the Mid-Atlantic, your package will likely arrive in 2-4 business days, but further customers could have to wait up to 10 business days.

While we can't take your food items back (per the NYS Department of Health), we are happy to make your order right via replacement items, store credits or refunds.

In the case of FedEx/UPS-related delays or shipping problems (including breakage and spoilage), we will advance the credit to the customer and dispute the issue ourselves.
