We have been making these sauces in our store kitchen for over 20 years--hand-stirred and hand-filled in heat-sealed jars.  We use only Italian-grown San-Marzano Style tomatoes, fresh produce and top-quality spices.

Ceriello's Marinara sauce begins with fresh Italian plum tomatoes, crushed by hand and then seasoned with herbs including fresh parsley & basil, and then simmered slowly to blend the flavors. It’s delicious when served with stuffed pastas like ravioli, manicotti & stuffed shells.

Our kitchen is NY State inspected and USDA inspected. Sealed jars are shelf-stable for 2 years and good in the refrigerator, after opening, for about a week. A 15oz jar is good for about one pound of pasta (3-4 people). A 30oz jar for about two pounds (7-8 people).

Vegetarian. No sugar, wheat, or nut products added, though we are not an allergen-free environment.

Never disappoints!!

I know the marinara sauce is always terrific. I had a concern about cartons being shipped since one off time a jar broke in transit. I contacted Ceriello before my most recent order and I was THRILLED by how carefully it was packed. Two cartons with no jar breaks. Thank you!!!

It reminds me of my great grandmother’s sauce! She and my great grandfather were both born in Italy. Most of the time she added meat (sausage, meatballs, pork, and a chicken thigh to sweeten it). I loved it that way but sometimes I just loved the marinara. She ground her own meat for the meatballs and sometimes I got to help turn the crank! She died when I was about 12 and she was 93. We ate at her house usually every other Sunday after church. Never knew my great grandfather, but they had 10 children and I knew most of them. This sauce brought back some fun and wonderful memories for me.

Best sause I’ve ever had! I’ve been buying it for many years; first, at the pasta store on 187th St in the Bronx & now directly from the distributor.
