We have been making these sauces in our store kitchen for over 20 years--hand-stirred and hand-filled in heat-sealed jars.  We use only Italian-grown San-Marzano Style tomatoes, fresh produce and top-quality spices.

Our Tomato-based Basil Sauce is the perfect blend of chunky & strained tomatoes, this is a moderately thick sauce infused with the fragrant flavor of fresh basil. Serve it with shorter, chunkier cuts of fresh or dried pasta (like rigatoni). It's also great as a dressing on white fish, for veal pizzaiolo, or for slow-cooking pork tenderloin.

Our kitchen is NY State inspected and USDA inspected. Sealed jars are shelf-stable for 2 years and good in the refrigerator, after opening, for about a week. A 15oz jar is good for about one pound of pasta (3-4 people). A 30oz jar for about two pounds (7-8 people).

Vegetarian. No sugar, wheat, or nut products added, though we are not an allergen-free environment.

Best Sauce Ever

There is no better sauce out there. I live in California and order it from Nrw Yourk and it’s worth it!

Best jarred tomato sauce!

This tomato sauce is so good that I have bought 2 cases of it so far. I am constantly giving it out to friends to try. The ingredients are so fresh. I made a no meat lasagna using this jarred sauce as a base at Christmas and people raved about it.
